Workcover /TAC patients
If approval for the claim has not yet been authorised it is the patient’s responsibility to pay on the day of treatment and claim back from their insurance company directly.
TAC and workcover may only partially cover the costs of these services. In some workcover/TAC instances, payment on the day is required despite claim approval and may only be partially be covered by workcover/TAC (please ask reception if this is applicable to you).

We accept cash, eftpos or credit card. HICAPS is available for those with private health insurance policies that cover physiotherapy, myotherapy/remedial massage or pilates.
Confirmation of appointments
We want to make sure you can get to your appointment so we will send you a text message (or email) to confirm three days prior to your appointment. Please respond ‘c’ to confirm your appointment and you will then receive a confirmation text message.
We understand that circumstances arise when you may not be able to attend your appointment. It is greatly appreciated if 24 hours notice is provided otherwise a $45 cancellation fee will be charged. (For Monday appointments cancellation is required by 1pm Saturday)
