Peter Nicklen

Peter graduated from Monash University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Peter has since worked in a private practice on the Mornington Peninsula.  He has a specific interest and experience in dance, musculoskeletal, and sports physiotherapy, in particularly the thoracic spine and lower limb biomechanics.

He is currently resident physiotherapist at PLOS Musical Productions, having managed performers in various amateur productions. Peter is no stranger to the stage himself, having performed in over 12 amateur musicals.

Peter has a strong focus on injury prevention. He utilises a range of manual techniques including dry needling and complements these with Pilates based rehabilitation programs with an emphasis on functional integration.

Peter is completing a Doctorate of Philosophy at Monash University researching web-based learning and the cost and value of education.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys taking part in ballet and tap classes, running, and spending time at the beach.
